Sunday Stealing

F. Film: What movie or tv show are you watching?

A. We are watching Wheel of Time on Prime. I am walking on the treadmill to old episodes of JAG. We also watch Deadliest Catch, In the Eye of the Storm, and some other shows like that. I enjoyed the two-part documentary on Billy Joel on HBO. Catch that if you can. Hopefully, new shows will be out soon.

A. Audio: What are you listening to?

A. My audiobook is Murder at the Paperback Parlor, by Ellery Adams, and my music is "If" by Bread, which is what came on just now when I asked Alexa to play me some music (followed by "Wild Horses" by The Rolling Stones).

B. Book: What are you reading?

A. I just finished The City of Brass by S. A. Chakraborty and have not yet picked out my next read.

Thank you for playing! Please come back next week.

  1. Loved the Billy Joel documentary! I liked Billy a bit more for encouraging the participation of his three ex-wives (esp. the mysterious and influential Elizabeth).

  2. Murder at the Paperback Parlor sounds like an interesting read. I will see if it is available on Kindle Unlimited. Right now I'm neck deep in text books on vocation/calling and parenting.

  3. I just realized a couple of the shows I watch on Netflix have dropped, so I need to watch those. Loved your answers! Have a nice day!

  4. Your blog header is beautiful. The Ellery Adams book sounds interesting. I have to look into reading/hearing it.

  5. I may need to watch the Billy Joel doc, though there's so much available, and I'm desparately behind. (I've watched ONE episode of Ted Lasso, and none of Severance, which should give you an idea...)

  6. I want to watch the Billy Joel documentary. His "Innocent Man" concert in 1984 was my first concert.
