FIVE people who mean the world to you. (Not necessarily in any order, it's just a list.)
1. My husband
2. My brother
3. My mother-in-law
4. My father
5. My friends (which makes more than 5, but I will lump them all together)
FOUR things you fear.
1. Illness.
2. Living under a bridge.
3. Losing my husband.
4. The loss of democracy.
THREE words to describe how you feel right now.
1. Overwhelmed.
2. Tired.
3. Confused.
TWO things you're excited about.
1. Spring is coming!
2. Um. That's about it. I don't have a lot to look forward to. I think that's kind of pitiful, actually.
ONE thing you'd like to say to someone.
1. Get your filthy, dirty tiny little hands off of my democracy.

I encourage you to visit other participants in Sunday Stealing posts and leave a comment. Cheers to all us thieves who love memes, however we come by them.
Oh my, living under a bridge is a very specific fear! From what you share of your life on here, it doesn't seem like that's very likely to happen.
ReplyDeleteHAHAH love your statement to someone. I agree.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear you don't have anything to be excited about. Some days/seasons are like that for me too. But there are always blessings, right? I hope you have a wonderful Sunday!
I wish you had more things to make you feel positive about the future. Have you considered contacting the Spanberger campaign? Maybe volunteering would help you feel more connected and less powerless.
ReplyDeleteI love the One Thing!
ReplyDeleteAh, democracy - I think it's STILL possible.. (Am I being optimistic? So unlike me!)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that Sunday Stealing is back. I've missed reading everyone's posts each week. I lumped some folks together, too.
ReplyDeleteFeeling overwhelmed is the worst! I was that way a few days ago and I kept telling myself one thing at a time. I did that..but I hate that feeling. Living under a bridge reminded me of a scene out of A Christmas CArol with George C Scott which was chilling. I wouldn't want that either. I am hoping the new season will perk us all up.
