Husband is doing well. He's still in a cast but moving around a little better. I have him dusting and running the vacuum. He needs to be up moving around and housework is always there. He is growing bored and wants to be back outside with his cows. Maybe I should moo . . .
Haha moo haha! I almost picked Grease as my favorite but then I remember Dirty Dancing. I know, I didn't quite get a couple of the questions either.
ReplyDeleteOh yes..... start mooing.... that should get a laugh. LOL When he runs out of dusting at your house bring him over to my house please.
ReplyDeletewhat??? No ice cream??? awww. thanks for visiting my blog :)
ReplyDeleteI remember indulging a bit too much on those chips. I had to go cold turkey.
ReplyDeleteI can't eat ice cream anymore either. But it's fun to reminisce! Don't you go Mooing. hehehe.. Glad to hear that your Hubby's better.
ReplyDeleteI have such a hard time with Grease. I like the songs and the dancing but I hate the message that the only way to be accepted is for a girl to become a slut. (Just reviewed the show so it's all fresh in my mind)
ReplyDeleteMy earliest summer memory is similar to yours. It was a habit to sit on my grandmother's front porch first thing in the morning and watch the sun rise over the swamp (a national wildlife refuge now) across the road....or whatever weather was rolling in. Gosh, I miss her and her porch.
ReplyDeleteI think mosquitoes are most annoying in the summer. And humidity.
ReplyDeleteLove your childhood memory. I've always enjoyed watching and/or listening to summer storms.
