What fun answers!
ReplyDeleteMy sister had the 45 when it came out. Rockin' Robin - you went old school, not MJ - cool!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, how did I not think of Meatloaf for late night driving?? We used to cruise around at night singing along (yes, I sang but alcohol may have been involved and the music was loud enough my voice didn't stand out). American Pie is a great choice, but we must have a really good oldies station because it plays American Pie and several of the songs others have mentioned on a regular basis.
ReplyDeleteGreat song selections! I'm not very good at song titles, artists, groups, etc. so I didn't answer the questions this week.
ReplyDeleteI forgot about Paradise by the Dashboard light. For a while that was a skit done at wedding receptions. I think you picked some great songs. I really enjoyed this one and reading everyone's answers.
ReplyDelete5. Ugly Kid Joe did a good cover of this song.
ReplyDelete7. Good choice.
:o)
