Looks like you captured this colorful male cardinal against a tarp covering, Anita. There's quite a contrast in colors and I wondered if this was an accidental capture?
We have a pair of cardinals nesting at the front of our house in a tall bush. I hear them chirping back and forth as she sits on her nest. Love our state bird!
