My MIL's house. |
Electric fence row. |
My cherry tomato plants, all dead and gone. |
The reason some of my cucumbers were oddly shaped. |
A turkey buzzard. |
A view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. |
Same view only without the zoom lens. |
Another shot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. |
And another. I like the mountains. |
A little Autumn color. |
The forest behind the house. |
A little more Autumn color. |
Another fence row. |
Thursday Thirteen is played by lots of people; there is a list here. I've been playing for a while and this is my 316th time to do a list of 13 on a Thursday.
melancholy goodbye to a season
ReplyDeleteThe cucumber in the fence looks so funny. You live in a really nice place.
ReplyDeleteThose are so beautiful. They look like they belong on a postcard. Okay, maybe not the buzzard and cucumber ones. LOL. Happy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteLooks like home sweet home to me. The foliage this year has been unspectacular but after the frost I noticed a few maples popped. Your cucumber shot is funny!
ReplyDeleteI forgot to post the link to the cougar sighting thing: http://www.tricities.com/swvatoday/news/wytheville/article_1d9a41a6-382f-11e3-b40b-001a4bcf6878.html
I like that bottom fence photo, as well as the couple in the middle where you can see the mountains in the background. Hope everything goes well today!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a cucumber with a waist before! Hope you are doing better.
