The other thing I had to do was renew my drivers license.
My license already looked pretty bad, what with me staring into the camera and appearing all bug-eyed and surprised. But the new VA drivers licenses are just awful. Mine came in the mail yesterday.
I would show you mine but of course I don't want to advertise the number and information to the world, so I won't. I wish you could see the ugly mug on the card, though. Yikes.
Turning 50 is no fun!
i had to get a new one recently - was hoping for a better picture. i look like i have 3 zillion chins ... dislike like big time. i look really old too. it does nothing for your looks the new way. poohey on that. it was $32.00 nuts, so costly. i wish i did not need to drive & i would not renew. wish i lived near public transportation & that would be another reason to give it up. the reason not to live in the country. oh well, i prefer it. ha. ha!! ReplyDeleteMine's ugly too. After you hit 50, it's all downhill. My goal is to be a Betty White type. I may have wrinkles but I'm going to be cool and fun!
ReplyDeleteI am always amazed when they think they need to update our driver's license to a 'new' look. Gives their designers something to do to earn their pay I suppose. Ugh.
