A Modest Achievement

So, this morning I got on the scales and I have lost 5 percent of my body weight.

I started doing Weight Watchers in late May. It's not falling off fast, but at least it's falling off.

  5. Slow and steady wins the race, Sis. I am on month 16 of my diet and I have lost 31 percent of my starting weight. Just remember, dieting is not all about what you eat, but what you WANT. It's all in your mind. Set your goals and work toward them. Small steps. Hit a goal and reward yourself. Whether it be new clothes or a nice meal and a dessert,take the reward. You earned it. Good start on your diet. Keep up the great work!!!
