Last week, I:
1. had a mammogram. Do it, ladies!
2. saw the chiropractor.
3. watched the Board of Supervisors meeting.
4. went to the grocery store.
5. did the usual chores.
In solidarity with federal workers, I started listing 5 things I did last week every Monday. I don't know if they still have to do that, but I have kept it up since it's a quick way to get something on the blog for Monday. Since I don't have a regular job, it's a fairly mundane list.
I have a yearly mammogram and thankfully my insurance covers it. My aunt developed breast cancer in her 70's which puts me more at risk. I did have a scare around 2010 and had to have a painful biopsy. Turned out that a cyst was benign. They left a marker in my breast. It was something they found on the mammogram, and I would not have found it with a manual breast check. I hope your test in clean!
